Family Paralegal/Caseworker

Wainwright & Cummins LLP are looking for a family paralegal/case worker to join their expanding team.

The role of the Paralegal will be to assist fee earners within the Family team, specialising in Children and Family Law.

The successful candidate will be expected to be enthusiastic, hard working, flexible and able to produce excellent written work.

Previous experience and good knowledge of legal aid applications using CCMS, funding and billing legal help and fixed fee is advantageous.

Salary: £17,500 per annum – negotiable on experience

Working hours: 9.30am – 6pm Mon – Fri

A Training Contract will be considered after a year following a successful period with the practice.
